1979 31 foot GRP sailing yacht with long keel and tiller steering situated in Oban, Scotland. I purchased this boat in 2017 and it was partially refurbished in 2019. It then spent a couple of years out of the water during Covid. In that time it was fully rewired including the mast electrics, antenna and lights. All standing and running rigging was replaced. Unfortunately, it is time to sell on Milly as I'm moving to Australia. She was my first boat to purchase and has been amazing. She sails well under any condition whether it is light winds or blowing. In 1994, British Hunter introduced the new Ranger 265. The range was designed by David Thomas, and they have great stability due to the hull having long waterlines and the existence of a subtle chine. This meant the boats are extremely good at holding to a straight line. The bilge-keel versions have an extremely high angle of vanishing stability, 147°.
