Calisto is a 1978 Varne 27. She is in very good condition and sails beautifully. Once described as "The best cruiser you've never heard of"  A forerunner to the folkboat, she has a cast iron fin keel of 1177kg.  A fairly recent engine installation of a Beta 14 twin cylinder provides exceptional reliability and pushes her along at a good 6 knots.
