Oran Mara is the most recent updated Elf design by Richard Woods and was professionally built by Elf Catamaran SRL in 2019 to Richard Woods’ specification. She was rigged and fitted out by Ardfern Yacht Centre in Argyll, Scotland, and has been cruised occasionally and day-sailed on the west coast of Scotland. The Elf has a large open deck with accommodation for four. The high-roach mainsail offers an easily managed but powerful rig with slab-reefing, assisted by lazy-jacks and bag.
