This is a sound rare boat, only 97 Westerly Pembroke boats have been built, it's the version of Centaur with a fin keel. The boat benefits from the comfortable layout and nice upholstery, headlining is in a good condition, was cherished and looked after by previous owners, and the engine was maintained well for years. Four stroke 6HP Tohatsu Sail Pro outboard in excellent condition as a backup option.

Fresh survey is conducted in 2023 and available. Most of the issues pointed out in the survey are already addressed:

1. Rubber hose between the gland and stern tube is replaced with a new durable one.
2. Sprayhood is professionally repaired, its windows are replaced.
3. Hull anode is replaced with a new one.
4. Heads inlet and outlet blakes seacocks serviced.
5. All below water level seacocks secured with 2 jubilee clips.
6. Hose tails on the valves inspected for signs of degradation, dezincification or corrosion.
7. Port and starboard wooden plinths tightened up in attachment to the transom.
8. Rust on port side cap-shroud chain plate fasteners inspected, sanded and painted.
9. Gas system is removed from the boat completely.
