Early example of a classic mini yacht, 21’9” long, 6’10 beam. GRP, bilge keel, fractional rig.
Renovated to basic but well-equipped sea-worthy standard.
Original mast and boom with all new standing and running rigging, including Plastimo 406s jib roller reefing. Recent sails, hardly used. Hull scraped down, filled and faired with marine epoxy filler, new windows, new rudder built, new larch rubbing-strakes, many new deck fittings, new battery, nav. lights, cabin light, depth sounder, switch panel. 5 watt solar panel. Jackstays on cabin top, new floor boards, new cabin cushions (not the temporary ones in the photos). Single burner camping stove. Two anchors with chain and warp, full set of fenders and mooring ropes.
5 yr old 4 stroke Mariner 4 Outboard engine with in-board throttle and gear controls, professionally serviced, guaranteed until March 2022, lightly used. Deck and cabin (exterior) may need repainting for cosmetic reasons. Sleeps 2-4 but has no mattresses on the forward bunks.
Heavy duty galvanized 4 wheel trailer, with new handbrake and ball-hitch, cables and bearings in 2017. Not used for launching/retrieving. Capable of taking a larger boat.
Ready for coastal cruising, pottering, fishing etc. Afloat in harbour berth now.

Sails in excellent condition. The main 20 years old but very lightly used. It is set loose-footed on the boom. The jib, which has a UV strip, showed virtually no sign of use until I put her in the water this year, and I've only sailed her 6 or 7 times for short trials to make sure everything works.
