A fine (and famous) specimen of a Mk1 Cornish Shrimper, universally admired. Meticulously fitted out by her first owner, a German engineer, who put her in commission in 1989; much cruised by her second owner, author Sam Llewellyn and the eponymous muse for his inspiring Minimal Boat Series in PBO. Successfully cruised and lightly raced around North Wales and the Clyde by us her third owners.
Gleaming black hull repainted in Awgrip in 2016. Sikkens Cetol exterior wood stain to mast. 12 coats of Epiphanes to bowsprit and boom, Black Hemple Cruiser with antifouling distinctive white boot top. Cream sails 2008 by Jeckells, 2011 cruising chute with masthead halyard, Harken blocks. Original 1988 Tan sails also included.
Regularly maintained 2017 Tohatsu 5hp 4-stroke engine with Sail Drive prop, remote tank and charging coil.
